The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Bethlehem and the City of Bethlehem are soliciting proposals from developers interested in the purchase and redevelopment of 726 Shields Street, Bethlehem PA.  Developers interested in acquiring and revitalizing this property are asked to provide detailed plans on building acquisition, construction costs and timelines.  The chosen developer will be required to demonstrate a financial ability to complete the project. Further, preference will be given to developers who demonstrate a history of rehabilitation projects.  The City and RDA will work in cooperation with the chosen developer to complete a detailed timeline for the project to include a preliminary plan for rehabilitation of the property.
