The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Bethlehem and the City of Bethlehem are soliciting proposals for the following blight certified property:

At this time, the RDA is not actively accepting any Request for Proposals for properties.

When its next proposal is available, it will be posted online at this location.

In the meantime, the RDA continues to accept proposals from those interested in becoming a qualified developer for the program. Details for those requirements can be found in the Request for Qualifications.

The Qualified Developer pool is the first to receive information whenever a new RFP is available.
