Although best known for its Beth Works development which converted the former Bethlehem Steel plant site to a visitor destination while maintaining the history and character of Bethlehem Steel, Peron Development was established in 1975 and has a well established history of residential, commercial and mixed-use development in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Five 10 Flats was first of the Greenway Commons projects to be developed by Peron Development. 

 

Five 10 Flats s a mixed-use, upsale, complex located on East Third Street in South Bethlehem,  This project site is located within the designated Bethlehem Works TIF District, allowing it to apply for and receive TIF revenue financing assistance for environmental remediation at the project site. 

 

Various size, market rate, apartments can be found on the upper floors of this complex and the ground floor contains retail.  The exterior design of Five 10 Flats was done to complement the adjacent Bethlehem Steel buildings through the use of brick and limestone.
